Surface  Cleaning

The surface of workpiece shall be smooth, sound clean, no oil, no water, no dusts, no acid, no alkali, no salt.

Spray Viscosity

(coat-4 cup,room temperature) 18~24 seconds.

Spraying condition

After mix shall be used within 8 hours

Spray gun shall be clean and dry；

Spray site shall be draughty with no fire;

Re-Treatment

After spray, allow 10-20 minutes air-drying time,then spray clear coat at once.
